Thermal management is a way that maintain the object’s temperature in a certain range. For electronic devices it is essential to have thermal management. While the devices is working, the heat also goes up. If the devices overheat, it will damage the electronic devices and the worst situation is break down. In the automobile fields, the car catch fire is because the fail of the thermal management. Hence, thermal management is important in our daily life.

In thermal management, there are few different method to cool down the machine.

First, natural cooling. This is a method that only use natural wind to cool down the devices. However, it is too simple and the cool down efficient is slow, that can only use for simple devises.

Second, fan cooling. This is a method that still in use in many field. It is easy to maintain the fan but also slow at cooling down. If the fan breakdown, the device have no way to cool down the heat.

Third, liquid cooling. Liquid cooling use water to cool down the heat or to raise the heat. It is fast at cooling down and have high efficiency.
